These Terms & Conditions apply to all trips offered by Eden Escapes — Cornwall Glamping, Goa Yoga, Himalayas Trek, and any future trip we add. By booking a ticket you agree to these terms in full.
1. Who We Are
Eden Escapes is a travel group offering adventure holiday packages — coastal glamping in the UK, yoga teacher training in India, and Himalayan trekking. Our trips are open to everyone, regardless of age or background. Registered office: [Insert Address].
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to join an Eden Escapes trip.
- You are responsible for your own health, safety and fitness to take part in the activities advertised on each trip.
- For trips that involve international travel you must hold a valid passport with at least six months remaining beyond your return date, plus any visas required for your destination.
3. Payment Terms
- Trip prices vary by trip and ticket type — full pricing is shown on each trip page.
- A non-refundable deposit of £144 secures your spot on any Eden Escapes trip.
- The balance can be paid in full at the time of booking, or spread across monthly instalments. The full balance must be settled before the trip departure date.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in section 4.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
By you
- More than 60 days before departure: 50% refund of payments made (excluding the deposit).
- Less than 60 days before departure: no refund.
By us
If we cancel a trip due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, low numbers, force majeure, etc.) you will receive a full refund or the option to move your booking to a future Eden Escapes trip.
5. What's Included
What's included varies by trip — please see each trip page for the full list. Generally each ticket covers:
- All accommodation as described in the trip listing.
- Listed activities, guides and excursions.
- Transport as described in the trip listing.
- Use of communal spaces and shared facilities at our partner sites.
Items not included unless specifically stated:
- Personal travel insurance.
- Spending money, food and drink not listed in the trip inclusions.
- Visas, vaccinations and any travel documents.
- Personal flights for international trips — flights are not included in the ticket and must be booked separately.
6. Activities Disclaimer
Adventure activities — including coasteering, kayaking, paddleboarding, trekking, yoga and mountain hiking — carry an inherent risk of injury. By taking part you agree:
- To follow all safety instructions from our guides and partners.
- That Eden Escapes is not liable for injuries arising from your own reckless or unsafe behaviour, or from failure to follow guidance from staff or partners.
7. Insurance
We strongly recommend all participants take out personal travel insurance covering the activities, destinations and dates of their trip — including cancellation, medical, and personal-belongings cover. Eden Escapes does not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen personal items.
8. Code of Conduct
We want every Eden Escapes trip to be enjoyable for everyone. By booking you agree to:
- Treat fellow travellers, hosts and locals with respect.
- Observe quiet hours and house rules at any accommodation we use.
- Not bring or use illegal substances on any Eden Escapes trip.
- Drink responsibly. Disruptive, dangerous or unlawful behaviour may result in removal from the trip without refund.
9. Photos & Media
We may photograph or film during trips for use on our website, social media and marketing materials. By attending you consent to being photographed or filmed, unless you notify us in writing before the trip begins.
10. Changes to Itinerary
Weather, group needs or safety considerations may require changes to the itinerary. Where this happens we will always aim to provide an equal or better alternative experience.
11. Liability
Eden Escapes is not responsible for:
- Personal injury, loss or damage not directly caused by our negligence.
- Delays or disruptions caused by third-party providers (transport companies, accommodation hosts, weather, government action).
- Costs incurred from missed flights, denied entry to countries, or failure to hold valid travel documents.
